Perigold Reviews

I’ve browsed and bought from a few home decor sites, and Perigold definitely has some of the nicest-looking furniture and home pieces I’ve seen. The quality feels solid, and a lot of the items look more upscale than stuff I’ve found elsewhere. That said, the prices are steep, and compared to other sites I use, I sometimes have a hard time feeling like the value matches the cost. I’d definitely shop there again if something I loved was on sale, but paying full price would be a tough call for me.

I returned a lamp and, to be fair, the refund came through quickly with no weird hassle. But i’m still annoyed I had to deal with it in the first place. They should’ve checked the lamp before sending it out, because this whole return was on them, not me...

I spent a decent amount of time browsing the site because they really do have a lot of nice stuff, and the photos made it easy to get a feel for what I was looking at. The only thing that bugged me was that a few pages loaded slowly, and every now and then the filters seemed to forget what I’d picked, which made shopping feel a bit more back-and-forth than it needed to be.
The actual order did go through without any major problems, so that part was fine. Afterward, though, the delivery updates were kind of vague, and I found myself checking more than I expected. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience at all, but for the price, I thought the whole process would feel a little more polished.

I had a question about my order and was starting to spiral a little, but customer service got back to me super fast. They were really nice, handled the issue without making it feel like some huge ordeal, and I felt so relieved afterward. Seriously, it made my day way better

It looks good. Like, definitely nice on display. But the quality... I don’t know, I expected a little more. Not bad, just not amazing either.

I ordered from Perigold and, to be fair, the item showed up in good condition. But the shipping definitely dragged longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated, so I was stuck checking it over and over. That part’s kind of on them, honestly. The delivery guys were nice, so no complaints there. Overall, not a bad experience, but Perigold really needs to tighten up the timing and updates.

I’ve spent a decent amount of time browsing Perigold for home pieces, and what sticks in my mind is how much variety they have. I remember seeing everything from more traditional, polished-looking furniture to cleaner modern styles, so it doesn’t feel like the same few designs repeated over and over.
Some of the prices are definitely on the higher side, but I still find myself going back because it’s easy to compare different looks in one place. From what I remember browsing before, it’s one of the better sites when I want ideas that feel a little more distinctive.
